RE: Covid-19 Temporary Restrictions

Subject:   Operational Changes in both our St. Bethlehem and Sango Locations in Clarksville, TN

March 17, 2020

Michael’s Pizza and More has been closely monitoring the Federal, State and Local requirements and guidelines issued concerning the current Covid-19 Situation.  We will comply with these guidelines to the best of our ability now and in the future, until this issue passes.

Therefore, effective on March 18, 2020, Michael’s Pizza & More will redirect our resources in our daily operations for the health and welfare of our customers and employees, by implementing the following changes:

  •  Temporarily closing our Dining Rooms to the public.  Eating at our locations will not be allowed.
  • By only offering Delivery and Take-Out orders of our products.
  • Requiring all Deliveries and Take-Out Orders to be paid by Credit Card at the time of the order.
  • We thank you for tipping our Drivers and Staff in these difficult times. We request that you do so at the time of placing the order to limit exposure at the time of delivery/take-out.
  • Curbside service is available for our customers who may be concerned about entering our lobby.  Our staff is willing to bring your order to your car.  When you arrive, please call the store and tell the Representative what color and make of vehicle to look for in our parking lots.

Other important information:

Michael’s Pizza and More is closely monitoring the health of our employees.  We will continue to increase and strengthen the frequency of our cleaning and sanitation protection in our already TN Health Department Inspected and highly rated kitchens. Finally, Michael’s Pizza and More will continue to monitor the changing situations and modify our procedures as needed.
